Today is the day! After a long awaited 5 months, we have finally reached the Awards Ceremony and Showcase night! Check back here to find out which nominated film will win the Audience's Choice Awards and which films are selected by the jury as their favourites with the Jury's Choice Awards!

We will be providing a number of ways to stay connected with the event. Here's what you can expect:
- follow live updates from the crowd on Twitter (do use the #ciNE65 hashtag as you tweet about the event)
- live blog updates as the winners are announced

6:00pm: The last attendees are streaming in and we are gearing up for the event. Everybody dressed in their finery, full house, this is looking good!

6:03pm: Chua Enlai is in the house, rocking the crowd.

6:30pm: Mr Lawrence Wong, Minister of State has taken the stage. He encourages everyone to "Keep filming and keep living the Singapore Dream"

6:50pm: And now, the first and inaugural ciNE65 Awards are being announced~ ! 'Homebound' has taken the honours for Best Editing (Student Category).

6:51pm: 'The Team' has taken the award for Best Editing (Open Category)

6:53pm: Best Sound Design Student Category 'Year Of Independence'

6:57pm: Best Sound Design Open Category 'Walking'

7:01pm: Best Art Direction Student Category 'Year of Independence'

7:02pm: Best Art Direction Open Category 'You can take the boy out of Singapore'

7:04pm: Best Cinematography Student Category 'Singapore River'

7:06pm: Best Cinematography Open Category 'Singapore Food Encyclopedia'

7:09pm: Best Screenplay Student Category 'Why do I keep Ticking'
